drivers that came with your notebook model should always be at your
hand, because these probably kept [keep] your machine running up till now,
and likely will keep it for a long while. So assuming you don't experience
any problems with your devices and given we no longer enjoy our vendor's
support you might not need to experiment with the 'updates'. In case you
really need [want] to try, be sure to let other users to know YourExperience.
remember--
if an 'update' turns to be problematic, you may try to uninstall it completely
and return to 'original' drivers from your SetUp-Disc.
